‘An itch to read has come over me’: Books, Reading and Writing at Winterbourne House and Garden
Winterbourne House in Edgbaston was built by people who loved to read, and we continue to acquire books for Winterbourne’s collection today.
This talk will explore books that were read and written at Winterbourne, books with hidden treasures like bookplates and prize labels, books with fabulous illustrations, books that influenced the very design of Winterbourne.
